Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When all your details have been entered you will be transferred to HSBC secure epayments site to enter your credit card details, this is a secure site and you do not need to have a HSBC card to use this site, we use HSBC to protect your card details. Alternatively you may wish to pay by PayPal.
We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, we will acept orders over the phone or by fax.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will be happy to help.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our carriage charge is dependent on weight, but our basic charge is £6.50 for 20kgs and then a sliding scale is used, at 40 pence per additional kilo.
From the moment your order leaves us with our carriers Interlink Express up until the time it is delivered at your door, which we aim to deliver direct from our stock within 1-2 working days it is being tracked. Interlink Express will email you on the morning of your delivery informing you of what time you can expect your delivery within an hour allocated slot, should the time slot be inconvenient for you, you may liaise with Interlink Express to arrange a more convenient time slot. In addition we can provide you with a proof of delivery where required.
For customers who are not mainland UK there will be an extra carriage charge which will depend upon your location, Should you qualify for the extra charge our sales team will contact you and let you know what the charge will be before processing with the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries may be affected in some parts of the UK when there are adverse winter weather conditions. In these circumstances please bear with us as our delivery companies will be working as hard as they can to get your orders to you on time.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All goods are covered by a full manufacturers warranty and in the event of your equipment becoming faulty, contact us and we will arrange to have it repaired under the terms of the warranty.
The guarantee is only valid if tthe product is used solely in accordance with the instructions and it has not been dismantled or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse. Under this guarantee the company undertakes to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to be defective and is limited to the repair or replacement of goods only.
Nothing in this guarantee or the instructions relating to the product excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.

Should goods have been ordered in error, please note there will be a 20% restocking charge, and the onus is on the buyer to arrange for return of the goods. We recommend that goods are returned via a carrier or recorded delivery. Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resale-able condition within 30 days of delivery, Items returned will be credited back within 20 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must not have been used and they must be returned in their original packing and be in their original condition. This option does not apply to goods which have been made specifically to order.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition. Should goods be returned with no fault but in a used condition, no refund will be granted. We can arrange for the goods to be returned to the customer upon receipt of a redelivery charge. Please insure that packing boxes are also in a saleable condition, a restocking charge will be applied to goods returned that have damaged packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
